Swansea Muslim Youth League (SMYLe) is an independent local youth organistaion setup in 2000 to cater for the needs of Swansea's growing Muslim youth community, regardless of their race, cultural background or gender.
SMYLe from its inception ensured that all its programmes are presented in the English language and ran by young British Muslims. Hence SMYLe have not faced the generation or cultural barriers experienced by more mature Muslim organisations.
SMYLe is a strong believer in partnership and unity. We have an extensive project portfolio. For more information about SMYLe and its projects please visit the links below:

Since SMYLe's interception, it has been working in partnership with many other organisations including the Islamic Society of Britain (ISB). SMYLe is now an official affiliation of ISB's youth-wing the Young Muslims UK.
ISB is a national organisation established in 1990 which evolved out of a wealth of experience and consultation, to respond to the needs of Britain's growing Muslim community. It's vision is to strive towards a just and caring society by providing a vehicle to people to bring together their knowledge, skills and efforts for the benefit of one another and British society as a whole, through the promotion of Islam and Islamic values.
